This was prompted by the sight of the black cab that is Taxi Gallery and the immediate memories it brought back to Breige of her time in Derry from 1970 – 82. Based on interviews, from September 2004 – April 2005, with customers and staff of black taxis in Derry and Belfast, it is a programme of stories and reflections, which explores the difference between black taxis in Northern Ireland and England and documents Breige’s journey in making it.
